I was surprised by the quality for the price.

The rubber is quite soft. With a quite acceptable noise level, at least subjectively quieter than the Hankook Optima, Yokogama 91/95 or Continental. It makes no sense to compare with winter ones. Grip, handling at speeds over 110 . needs to be tested, wear resistance will show time.

Excellent combination of price / quality. They hold the road well in the dry and in the rain. Quiet.
