This company's service team contacted me via email with everything I needed to improve my experience. I am changing my rating to 5 stars from this company. Everything was fine with my headphones, everything was fine with the quality. I don't usually give 5 star reviews. In this case, this company far exceeded expectations, more so than any other company I have ever dealt with through Revain. I highly recommend buying from this company simply because of the pride they take in their product.
