Purchased This Product And this particular lip balm started to sting my lips. I use Palmer Cocoa Butter products all the time. I really like their face creams, body lotions and face masks. I use a variety of their products. Just because a product didn't work doesn't mean I stop using their products. Like this brand, many have been using it for some time. If, like me, you really like Palmer's cocoa butter and this particular cocoa butter lip balm hasn't worked for some of you, then I recommend their coconut oil lip balm with SPF. It works amazing, I tried it and it really works, it doesn't work. didn't burn my lips or anything, coconut oil really worked for me. Also the coconut oil lip balm really moisturizes my lips. The good thing is that they have more options to choose from when it comes to lip balms. If one option doesn't work, you can choose another one. Buy it, try it and see if it works for you or not. Hope that helps. For those that found that particular lip balm just didn't work or just wasn't what you were looking for, hopefully you can find something that actually works for you. 😊 I only gave this balm one star because of the strong burning sensation on the lips. Just because it didn't work for me, it might work for me.
