I bought this remote to replace my LG remote (OK button no longer works). The remote arrived quickly (hooray, Revain) but something seems wrong with the battery contacts. After installing working batteries, none of the buttons worked. Flipping the remote over to check the batteries were properly installed, I finally activated the HOME button and it wasn't until it was flipped that the power button finally worked and turned off the TV. Well, even turned the other way around, the remote control stopped working to turn the TV back on, so I had to take the batteries out and put them back in the other remote control to turn the TV back on. I moved on based on other good reviews. to try and get this remote to work. Tried new batteries and such. Now I've given up and will ask Revane to come back.
