I like working at BCA! It's like my "second job", as it gives me an opportunity to support myself while simultaneously obtaining valuable legal skills that will help me in other areas of my life after work hours too (i.e., studying for bar exams). The flexible schedule allows you room during your day/weekends etc. if needed for family commitments or personal issues, which can be hard sometimes because we're not allowed any flex time off unless there are extenuating circumstances such our clients need us immediately due to an emergency situation with one of their projects. But this doesn't happen often - but when situations arise where they do occur, it really helps ease tension between employees who have jobs outside office environments. You get paid relatively well compared to most small businesses (although salaries don't increase very quickly), benefits can always improve however slightly, great people management practices here at BCG. I like that we are always kept in mind with new clients to help us understand their needs as well has providing them legal advice for various matters throughout Canada's history of development from its beginnings until now today! And there isn't anything negative about working at this organization because they have been very supportive during my time here - it could be better if more people were aware or even interested but overall nothing bad really comes out when you work through BKLG.
