Installation went a lot smoother than I thought based on the instructions. I could do it myself; I prepared it by leaving it on my car's dashboard when I went to work and then installing it during my lunch break. I love that it stays in place (it does, but it's brand new after all) and it looks cool. But. The -1 star comes from this red seam. Like I said I love the look but it has a bulge coming from the seam which makes it awkward for me to hold the wheel cover in place. I usually drive with my left hand on the wheel and the wheel itself between my index and middle fingers, thumbs down. The way the bump situation has unfolded, it's uncomfortable, unfortunately too much. Another downside (but that doesn't affect the rating) is that the non-slip nature of the lid requires you to be very careful when fitting it as it's asymmetrical and may be a bit off-centre. Due to the uncomfortable grip I will have to send it back, but that may not bother others as much as it does me!
