We have bought 3 of these goals so far. Not because they were broken but because we have 3 areas that we have to keep the dog away from. However, one thing I don't like about the gate is that even a small 8.5 pound dog can easily pull it back. When I first used it, I had to place 10 pound weights, which I use for my light stands in my photo studio, at each end of the gate to keep the little guy from just squeezing it. To fix this I installed folding doorstops with rubber feet on each end of the gate. Now when he leans against the gate it's difficult for him to move, but it's still easy for us.
