Review on Casablanca 99019 Universal Control System by Patrick Freddie

The factory mislabeled my Wisp fan and sent it to a neighbor. It sat there for months while I furiously filed claims for damages. He eventually opened it up, found our name inside, and pulled it out - having apparently lost the top foam, which most likely contained the stock remote and receiver. You'd think he'd have mentioned the wrong delivery about a dozen times by the time I saw him. I bought this when I installed it. Works well although the instructions aren't written for the LED indicator or for the extra red wire that was pulled unusually to my previous fan. Please note that this is a pre-paired remote control kit with a receiver located in the fan housing. Button element Cr included.
