I compared this filter with a pitcher, reverse osmosis (geyser on the vontron100 membrane), my assembly of three 10sl cartridges (coal, 0.05 micron membrane, coal). As a result, eco crystal won in terms of water quality / filtration rate. Yes, osmosis removes hardness salts and something else that 0.1 micron cannot, but the filtration rate is too slow and the water tastes terrible - tasteless and after that bitterness appears and tickles in the throat. as I was told this is how my body reacts to water without hardness salts and not normal PH, and PH after osmosis is not normal for any arr. osmosis. I put a mineralizer but almost nothing has changed. I changed coal, took osmosis to the dacha, put it on the well, the same thing - the taste is terrible. Its own assembly of three 10cl with coconut charcoal and a membrane is not bad, but the filtration rate is worse than that of the Japanese membrane in crystal eco. I also noticed interestingness, here there is rust, and there is its dissolved form - colloidal iron. With the help of microfiber, I found out that I have a lot of it in my water, ordinary filters do not filter it: not coal, not mechanics 0.8 microns, not 0.5 microns. 0.3µm partially. And 0.1 microns delays almost everything. As a result, Crystal Eco is the best of all that I have tried.
