Back. The volume on this thing makes you think you need a hearing aid. I bought the same DVD player when my child was 2 and now he is 6. I lived very well on an old Sylvania model for 4 years. He has spent many holidays with us and has run down a bit over the years. But after 4 long years of work he stopped playing records. Don't worry I'll go back to Revain and try to buy the SAME block! It's all over now. Bought, shipped quickly, looked like new, played, not audible. And changed the volume button. It's no longer the cog next to the power button. Volume is the same button as rewind and fast forward (you just have to hold the button longer to change the volume). 20 is the maximum it will reach. But you probably won't hear it. Come back. I pay a few bucks more so my kid can actually hear what he's seeing.
