3 ball roller is cool and as soon as it touches the eye area it feels good. Just hold the wand to the side and wave it back and forth. After a few minutes I noticed that the swelling had gone down. It smells a little like honey and is a little sticky, but after a minute or two I rub it with my finger and it's ok. I'm glad I found it on Amazon because it was cheaper than $24 at Walgreens.
