Never worked well for charger

The product has never charged batteries. My other charger gets hot when charging and that didn't help. Tried to charge for hours and the light never went out. Checked the batteries, still dead. I put it in another charger and charged it straight away. The only help I got was that "charging multiple batteries can take a while" - well, charging batteries shouldn't take more than 2 days, and if it can't handle multiple batteries, it should have should not be constructed that way. Not a bad product in my experience. Returned.
