I am absolutely heartbroken! I bought them in May as my first pair of skates! I decided that I could skate all summer and fulfill my childhood dream. They lasted about three months (with very little use) and I loved every second I wore them. BUT THEN I started getting all sorts of hardware problems. Pivot Pads (perhaps one of the most important parts!) are completely worn out, ALL FOUR. Totally worn out. At first I didn't think it was a big problem, I could have just replaced the parts! But I could not find a supplier of the right size available for me. I've tried a few at the Derby warehouse and even bought a couple of sure grip pads which I prayed would fit but to no avail. Again, no big deal, I'll just see if the manufacturer has a website I can order from. could not find! It's been over four months since I bought them and I don't even skate! Now I may never have a chance! If only I could find a way to swap out the pads and pivot bushings without too much hassle, I wouldn't give a single star! The trucks, wheels, bearings and shoes have held up very well after a few falls and scrapes and the colors are beautiful. The only problem is the small moving parts that most beginners don't think about. Overall I spent about $50 on replacement parts and I REALLY don't want the $99 (+ accessories) I spent on it to go to waste. If I find parts that work I will post a link here.
