Great product but kept turning around

I loved the product at first - very practical and easy to assemble. As soon as I loaded it with ziplock bags, aluminum foil, foil, etc., it kept tipping over! I tried different arrangements and on different surfaces and encountered the same problem. The concept was great, just wish it wouldn't tip over.
