Looks good. Everything else was boring. The product didn't pass the HD signal correctly to new HD monitors (I'm using brand new LG - 4 monitors on two desktops, one is a graphics workstation, the other is a DAW. The hardware of these two systems is almost identical and they were installed at the same time a few years ago. The graphics card was upgraded to the Nvidia GTX 970 early last year, which is now considered the MOtR for more expensive professional graphics cards. With the first system (graphics), the problem was that the monitor was in the Display connected to it - the port on the graphics card refused to work with anything other than a few ticks below native HD resolution. The second problem was that they don't tell you that they have a "lock" mechanism the bottom of the cable head that goes in the display port This is NOT a document in the box and it is very easy to miss it I was worried that my expensive graphics card would be damaged in a moment I h But finally got it and moved on to another product that I bought at the same time (https://smile.amazon.com/dp/B01M1KJMSX/ref=cm_cr_ryp_prd_ttl_sol_65). Bingo, the permissions issue has been resolved, everything seems fine. So in this case one could blame the operator, right? The second system is worse than the first. On the DAW I tried another of the same model of this adapter (I bought two) and hooked everything up. boot system. At first everything seemed fine until I logged into Windows - the screen flickers and then goes black. Flashes, goes out. It stays for a while, but the cursor is not visible. Both screens turn off. Stay empty all the time. Shut down, swap cables, reboot. Same ringtone, same dance, everything works in Windows (7) when I log in and after a while the screen goes black, a blank space appears and stays blank. Remove the displayport key and insert another one from what I installed on the graphics system to use the displayport there (see link above, I bought two). Everything works great. Final conclusion: This product doesn't work properly and I won't be going back to try anything else they do. You can't mess with my graphics. They return tomorrow for a full refund.
