I have used a shampoo and conditioner that left my hair silky but flat on top and showed mild to moderate shedding after having A LOT of hair, albeit fine (as opposed to thick hair shafts ). This shampoo and conditioner makes my hair shiny but thicker at the shaft so it doesn't flake at the crown for days. I worry less. Since this is a quality shampoo and conditioner that helps minimize thinning hair, it's worth it. No exaggeration and my hair doesn't grow back thicker, just a product that does a little magic. The scent is a bit clove-like and can last for several hours. Neither good nor bad for me. Mostly pleasant.
