Pros: 1. The software installed without any problems and seems to be working well. I was ready to go in less than a minute.2. The picture quality is good for a cheap device.3. Most of these USB microscopes come with fragile plastic bases. This is made entirely of metal and very stable.4. The base has good focus adjustment unlike many others.5. The built-in light has a good dimmer. The company website is useless. Nothing you click seems related to anything. Downloading the necessary software can be a problem.2. While I'm happy with the quality (for the price), this is more of a toy than a microscope. Don't expect too much.3. The USB connection cable has a strange plug that switches between USB and micro-USB. seems weak. I think it will fall apart in a few weeks. In short, the metal base makes this USB microscope stand out from the rest, and it costs a little more. The software is easy to install and has good functionality. Overall image quality is better than I would have expected from a cheap microscope. Despite the product's flaws and terrible website, I am satisfied with the gadget.
