I had a much more expensive iron die (3 letters) Has gone through about 5 warranty claims. Didn't want to buy another iron. I chose Elhim. I have 2 dryers of the same brand and I really like them. I bought this scope unnoticed. First of all, the lifetime guarantee is amazing! Life span! The iron doesn't get very hot like my old one. It rolls even better. The plates are very smooth and do not stick. It's pretty simple, except the Celsius scale instead of the Fahrenheit scale. It turns out to be the workhorse of the salon. A very good iron for the price with the best guarantee!
