Easy to utilize at both an individual level or more importantly as part of your team - there are many useful options available suchas customizations from reporting through surveys & questions/checklists! Very happy that this is integrated into our system so we can easily access it when needed in one central location- which saves time too. There really isn't anything I dislike however if you want something built specifically around demand metrics then maybe look elsewhere but everything else about DM has been great!! This provides us all day every week management reports including analysis (which most other programs don’t have!). The ability now gives my Manager's visibility right away across each department within their area allowing them easy actionable info upon receipt The ease of use is one of my favorite things about this software. It's easy to understand how to navigate through it and find what I need when I'm in the middle of a project. There are a few features that aren't as intuitive (such as creating multiple reports), but they're very easy to learn and pick up on your own. This software has improved our ability to manage projects and create customized dashboards.
