Review on Opentron OT4126: Premium 12-Outlet Heavy-Duty Metal Surge Protector Power Strip with Mounting Parts, 4ft Body & 6ft Power Cord by Frankie Wesley

I installed this on an 8ft workbench where I used to have a regular 6 outlet internal power strip that was always loose and wobbly. While I wouldn't use all of the outlets at once, adding another four feet or so to the length of the cord helps. The cord is a standard 6 foot length, it would be nice to have a few more feet as I only have one outlet on the wall in my garage. What I like about it is that you have the choice of how you want to mount it on the surface. You can mount it firmly with screws on the surface wherever you want to mount it, or you can mount two brackets instead and the extension will snap into place and you can remove or move it whenever you want, but you need to buy more clips for these way to go. I used clamps because there was no way to screw it to the surface where I wanted to mount it.
