It took me a whole day to put these restraints on. I had a rear or my 2012 Chevrolet Silverado single cab on stands. I injured my thumb because the trigger spring snapped quickly and hit my finger. brought my rear end about 1 or 1.5 inches. still looked lifted and not level at the rear so I removed the 3" block at the rear under the leaf springs and it is now level. Now every time I drive through the Speedbibe, the back of my truck makes a squeaking noise due to the leaf springs and truck frame rubbing against each other. Overall a tough setup, but not impossible.
