This should be "small" and this horn is 8 inches and thick. I shudder to think how big, haha. It's also described as a "powerful" massager, which isn't true at all. If you typically need to run massagers at high speeds to get the results you want, then this article isn't for you. Fully charged, at "High Speed" this corresponds to the average speed of other products. It will return to low power after five minutes or less. It's also rechargeable, which is nice. Also great is that the key lights are matte red so they don't stand out like "Hey look here!" But it's also tricky to set up properly and the keys click loudly. Plus, it comes with a nifty little carry case.
