I was very excited when my Human Dog Bed's box was found. But my excitement quickly faded when I opened the box. Inside the box were little styrofoam balls that flew everywhere as soon as I opened the box. I ended up taking it back to my garage to use the bead vacuum when I pulled it out of the box. However, these beads were apparently all over the box when the pillow was stuffed into the box. When I sucked them dry they still left little white circles on the pillow. I ordered a blue pillow. NOT a blue pillow with random crappy white dots. I tried washing them off, I wiped them off with a damn rag, the dots are still there. I've tried a mild spray cleaner, the dots are still there. I think the little styrofoam dots that were packed so tightly in the box actually melted onto the surface of the pillow. The polka dots are now permanently tattooed on the outside of the pillow. To be honest it looks like crap! You would think that at the factory they would find a way to keep them out of the pillow and into the box to avoid this cross contamination problem. money wasted!
