I didn't notice any damage to the box or toolbox itself, which surprised me a little after reading some of the other reviews. Two things: 1. I didn't get the keys to the lock which was another previous complaint. It's okay, this is a very common key, I already have a few. It would suck if the lock was disposable. 2. The latch was quite tight when I first opened it. I opened/closed it a few times assuming it was just hacked. Then one of the bolts fell off. It turns out that the key holding the bolt got stuck on the inner plate of the handle. I reinstalled the kotter key but the same thing happens. Space is pretty tight to work with so I removed the other latch. I used needle nose pliers to put the key in the opposite direction so the loop rubs against the inner panel. Second lock installed. Now smooth as silk. Everything else looks fine.
