Great service, great price & easy user interface
The best part about Global Submit it its ease of use. It's an all in one solution for our needs so there are no other applications we need to purchase to make things easier. There aren't any cons as far as I can see but if you've used similar software before then this will be very familiar territory. Our biggest issue when using Global submit was getting everything uploaded into the correct categories. We also had some issues uploading documents at times and Globalsubmit helped us resolve those problems quickly and efficiently. Document uploads were much more efficient than doing them manually!
Pros
- Easy navigation
- Simple layout with easy access buttons; not too cluttered or busy looking.
- Quick response time from support staff they're quick, courteous &/or helpful (depending upon your individual case)
- Ease of Use / Knowledgeable helpdesk representatives that know what features exist/what options apply where.
- They don’t get confused by questions asked over email vs telephone calls because their system auto populates
