GlobalSubmits approach to document management is a familiar one intuitive interface, easy implementation that appeals to the novice user, built-in templates and workflows, and integration with eCTD publishing systems.
I like how it's very simple for an employee or contractor who has never used global submit before but also works well if you're in this situation already - having some experience using GSS can make all of your life so much easier! The program really does do everything we need/want from them; they have been responsive throughout our entire relationship (we've worked together since October 2016).

GlobalSubmit has been very helpful in getting our paper published. They are always available if we have questions or need help. I do not have any dislikes of this software. It's very simple, convenient, and easy to use.

Ease at which you can submit your papers online through globalsubmit without having much technical knowledge required
The best part about Global Submit it its ease of use. It's an all in one solution for our needs so there are no other applications we need to purchase to make things easier. There aren't any cons as far as I can see but if you've used similar software before then this will be very familiar territory. Our biggest issue when using Global submit was getting everything uploaded into the correct categories.
