Completely died after 8 months of use.[update - now working intermittently]
I used this primarily to project my screen onto 2 monitors using the USB-C cable. While the unit heated up considerably, it otherwise worked fine.up until about 2 weeks ago - when the screen would go dark occasionally. I chalked it up to a loose wire, or software glitch on my computer. But today, it completely went dark, and is destined for the trash.
