Review on Element LIMS by Matt Welch

I like how easy it was to get up & running with this system! The customer service has been excellent from start-to-finish. It's hard not to love everything about promimum - they are always willing to go above an beyond in order help us achieve our goals. We have had no issues since we started using their product. My only recommendation would be having more than one person within your organization who knows what you want out of a tool before making any decisions as far as features/functionality goes. This program does exactly what we need it too do which makes my job easier when working through data entry tasks (and yes, there can be quite a bit!).
