Purchased in January 2020 and in July (6 months later) the cameras started turning off one by one. I now have cameras that are not working and have been trying to get warranty support. The phone wait time is about 1 hour for each call and I had to call 5 times. They forced me to update the software, swap out the cables, and then they said they needed a higher level of support to officially determine the warranty. I finally managed to speak to him and he hung up and never called me back. The system worked great for the first 6 months but due to the poor (terrible) service I do not recommend any SWANN product.
