I recently bought this headset, when I received the headset everything seemed great. The next day I heard a static buzzing coming from the left side of the headset. This was weird as it always made a buzzing noise even when not connected to the device. I removed the cover and saw that one of the copper wires was broken. I was shocked to think it had been refurbished but it looked like it was a coincidence. I fixed the cable myself and the buzzing stopped. This is definitely a great headset and I highly recommend the headset. On the other hand, the quality of the repair was HORRIBLE. If you hear this buzzing noise I would recommend you return it and buy it from another site to use or just buy it new. EDIT: After sending them back for a replacement, the replacement I received has been working great for quite some time. I hope this is just a one off thing, but if you buy them "certified refurbished" just make sure they work properly is all I can say. Great headphones, Logitech makes and always recommends some of the best gaming peripherals out there.
