But this lovingly crafted item is more than just a power tool, a piece of technical art. How important is some kind of light shadow?
Pros
- Lightweight, comfortable for large hands, good weight distribution. Fits in a case right in the holster. The case has a lockable box for bits, drills, etc. - nothing rattles or dangles.
Cons
- The backlight was clearly designed for the DF030 with a hex clip - there are no questions about it, but here the cartridge casts a shadow on the working area. However, on such a compact case, there is simply nowhere else to put the LED.
