03/07/2021 EDIT ADD: I am very sad that for the second time one of the small connecting cords that "tie" the strap to the body of the phone has snapped. I love this strap but there is no point in constantly changing the entire shoulder strap as the small quick release buckles are not sold separately. I will now try a different brand shoulder strap from another company that sells replacement quick release clips. I am reducing my rating to four stars because the durability of the quick connectors is not good enough. My dog was on my lap (60 pounds) and she was on my phone. I foolishly gave the strap a hard tug to pull the phone out from under her and one of the small laces digging into the phone case snapped, rendering the strap useless. I have contacted the company and they do not offer replacement plugs for purchase. I had to buy a whole extra strap to get the connector. I will not change my five star rating for this product as it was my negligence that broke the product. I love this concept, I love the strap and I don't want to part with it! I love having a shoulder strap for my phone case! Oh my God! This is a game changer! No more "pinging" my AppleWatch phone to find out where I put it. I no longer have to get out of my car to have my phone slip off my lap and onto the sidewalk. No more fear of my phone falling out of my back pocket into the toilet. The phone is always right on the belt. Genius!
