We needed a portable stove to connect to the main propane source in our RV. After looking at a few, we decided on Camplux. I opened the box and right in the instructions for the device it says to put a gasket on a round metal hole (to protect the gas line). There was no gasket in the kit so I contacted the company on IG and they said to contact them via email. I did and they said to call. They called, they said they don't even have that model yet (and apparently no spares?) so we're considering whether to return or find the gasket ourselves. I realize this seems like a small scope but it seems to me that the company has no idea, lacks customer service and product knowledge. We can't wait to go camping with our new RV, but most importantly we want to be safe when driving on propane. Hope everything works!
