These boots are a joke. We hadn't even had two months when one side burst and the other back healed. My poor little 9 year old boy is very large 5ft kids size which is outrageous to find not only funny but cute shoes that every little girl deserves. We were so excited after a week or looking for something not only her size but what she wanted. My daughter is distraught...there's nothing like making a little girl even more ashamed of her ever-changing body. Something completely out of their control. Had to leave a star but she didn't deserve it. And as it has been over a month they will not be returned or replaced - bought on 1/26/22 and found them exploding under her bed after getting upset. In the morning I asked her why she hid her shoes - "because she loves them even though they are broken and doesn't want me to have to buy new ones". - Also note that the cute little side buckles broke a week after receiving it, but that didn't affect the functionality of the boot and she still loved them.... But I just want to point out how much of a joke this product is. And how embarrassing this company should be for bringing a faulty product to market. This not only harms the parents financially. But the kids you hurt. And to parents who know they should try to make it right.
