All parts were in the box. Even an extra nut and bolt was included. The wrench that came with it was too big for the nuts so I used my own small adjustable wrench. Everything went very quickly, without help. Large wheels make it quick and easy to move and maneuver. It is fully chromed and looks very nice. The extensions at the top give plenty of hanging space, but if you pull them all the way out I wouldn't hang very heavy items there. My only minor complaint is the wobbling when everything is assembled. I wanted to be able to disassemble it for easy transport from craft fair to craft fair, so I'm guessing that the folding feature requires the poles not to be very rigid. But we will only attach to it very light things, so a slight hesitation will not limit us in any way. But if you're hanging heavy items, this can be a problem. We will also use it outside where it can be windy. Of course, when things are hanging from the top bar, it gets too heavy, so I find that I have to put some weight on the lower crossbars to keep them from blowing away. Overall I think this is a very good wardrobe and the price is very reasonable.
