Pulses when it shouldn't
Has 3 settings. Outside ring is your typical shower ring, should have no pulse. Middle ring is a jet spray, should have no pulse. Inter ring is a pulse jet. When it is set on the outer ring 3 to 4 minutes into the shower it starts to pulse for 3 to 4 minutes. Switch to the middle ring again after 3 to 4 minutes it pulses when it shouldn't. Wrote Couradric and said to turn down the water pressure. Bad answer. The only good thing is I bought two of these heads, and both performed the same. Back they go to Best Buy.
