Well, for me he did what he was supposed to do. The beard is soft, not stiff all over! Not to mention it softens them up so you can brush them out! Hello, that's why I bought it. To me it's like the conditioner you put on your hair, but your beard is a different animal. I tried regular hair conditioner, it had no effect until I started using it, it didn't feel dry and scratchy at all!
