Measured my Accord's steering wheel at 14.5", just to be certain, and the item fit as described. Yes it took a bit of oomph to get it on there because I received it when it was cold and installed it in my garage where it is even colder because I was too lazy to heat it up to make it easier on myself.Yes it came folded in half and all janky looking because OF COURSE IT DOES. I assure you the crease will disappear because that's what this fabric does, it settles in and forms to whatever it is hugging, in this case your steering wheel. After Man'ing it on through brute force it looked all odd but I figured it would settle in and after a day or two, all good to go, like it came factory installed on my wheel.Bonus points to the seller for the cartoon with the angry customer throwing the product down because it has a crease. Classic.
