Poor quality Chinese replacement

Part received is a recent Chinese design, not what is pictured. The quality is almost identical to the original. It works, but the connection is very sloppy, resulting in the wipers not always returning down when turned off. Called the Dorman hotline and got no help. Surprised that Dorman would sell a poor quality replacement.
