I've seen the handle fall apart in some reviews, I should have taken it more seriously. I bought the mop in February for a future cleaning job. Unfortunately, I am currently out of the April return window. I've just started assembling the mop handle and noticed that the base does not retract into the base at all. It slips into the hole but there are no grooves to screw/tighten the bottom of the handle to the bottom of the mop handle. I tried to glue both parts with tape. However, the handle is cheap and flimsy, not even a duck could stop it from loosening and spinning in all directions. It was impossible to clean the floor with that weak grip. I'll throw away this faulty mop; it is unusable or not suitable for mopping the floor. On your knees you can wipe the floor better with your hand than with the broken mop. I have a photo of a faulty mop head but Revain removed it for this review. I do not know why. Save money, don't buy!
