Nice little collar - collars
If your dog's neck is 11 inches long, this collar will be 1/2 inch larger. But appears to be well made, good quality D-ring and clasp. I think I'll keep this collar and maybe put a 1/2 inch smaller hole in it so my dog can't get out. My Chihuahua is 10 pounds, muscular, short necked, medium coat, needs a stand up collar. It's difficult to find one that fits her and all collar manufacturers measure sizes differently. If there were a standard, it would be easier to comply with. Apparently 11 inches is a medium neck size for most collars.
