I had a choice: buy this item for almost the same price as a cheap massage table. My wife and I decided to grab this one so even she could wear it. Fits easily under the pillow of our memory foam bed with a metal bed frame that we got from Walmart (folding). It takes a few minutes to adjust it to the right height, but nothing to worry about. very close to the bed so that our shoulders don't sink in for lack of support. The headrest is very comfortable, we use the thin paper they used when you went to the doctor to protect it from oil on our faces. itself is quiet and persistent, so far there have been no problems with it. We keep it installed by our bed so we don't have to constantly adjust it. I applied a layer of this pool noodle with a slit down the middle to go around the metal frame to avoid damaging it and the bed frame.
