The store is terrible.
I was delighted to get this for my son but I don't like this machine at all when it comes to charging. You literally have to have a special little Phillips screwdriver to open the battery, take out the battery and charge it. The charge doesn't last long so you have to unscrew it to charge. There must be an access point to charge it, not unscrew it. Cool car but charging is terrible! I do not recommend this product.
