I love that time can handle both an open book system from my day to date as well our closed one for appointments/visits with insurance providers like Blue Cross or Medicare Advantage plans (as ours are). The support team also happens to be awesome during office hours! We have been trying this out since we were transitioning away but unfortunately still haven't seen too much of any benefits over what existing tools they had us use before. Perhaps if things go smoothly there's more opportunity when it comes into their platform in terms how billing might benefit? Our ER has struggled quite bit at least internally managing patients coming through multiple channels for same reason - all having different EHRs so some aren’t always accurate depending upon each other due to differing standards; plus sometimes patient details get lost along way causing problems later down chain which then results delays etc.. The ease of use for our busy schedule management department. It's very user friendly. I wish there was an option to have some sort of reminder functionality built in so that we could be reminded when something came up or if it had been too long since someone last saw their patient. We are able to see who has seen patients recently as well as what time they did so and where they were located.
