These grips work great! I do CrossFit and mostly barefoot. Some movements, such as B. powerlifting, but are more comfortable to learn with some arm protection. These grips provide a protective yet thin enough barrier to keep my hands comfortable and increase my productivity. I've been wanting a pair for a long time and finally clicked on them on WodFitters. They can also be useful for other movements like pull-ups, deadlifts, etc. where you could injure your arms. The angular finger holes seem strange at first, but I don't notice them at all when practicing. I also wrapped tape around my wrist to minimize any discomfort the Velcro might cause. They are also very lightweight compared to other brands of gloves, clothing or wrist braces/handguards. I highly recommend it. I also received a surprise gift card from WodFitters with my purchase!
