Belt looks great I bought 2 of these. The problem is that it's too wide for all the brands we use, mainly Carter's, Crown and Ivy and Garanimals. In fact, the fleece part of the belt is too wide. This piece is great, the problem is always the width of the adjustable buckle. You will need to rotate the strap 45 degrees at the buckle to get an angle where you can thread it through the strap loop. So forget it while the pants are on the squirming 8 month old. Work hard before you put pants on a child. My suggestion to the manufacturer is to reduce the straps to 7/8" or even 3/4" and reduce the amount of hardware if necessary.
