Due to COVID-19 I use screens for a long period of time so this was necessary as I have almost 6 hours of screen time a day. I use it at work on the computer, when playing video games and on my phone. They are a bit heavy as the bridge of the nose feels the weight. Lenses are optimal for screens, but not too yellow like some of them. The clamshell case isn't as high-quality as its insert falls out. Overall, I recommend it, but if you see one that's lighter, you might want to consider it. However, I can confirm that the yellowing issue is not a problem for them at all.
