It is very good. I am 30 weeks pregnant and started using this exercise ball from 28 weeks. So far it is so good. I was afraid to use one because of bursting issues. This is the first one I am using an exercise ball. I will continue to use it even after my delivery. I am glad that I bought this. I am 157 lbs right now.
