These straps are so much better than trying to tie my canoe to mine.
These straps are a lot better than trying to tie a canoe to a bumper. I have a 14 year old Toyota Sienna and wish the belts were an inch or two longer, but they still worked fine. We used them on a 600 mile trip with no issues. I'd advise using some sort of thread-locking compound to make sure the nuts don't come loose, but I'm very careful. A few inches longer and that would be a 5 star rating.
