Great for relaxation!

Great for relaxation! The vibration is strong which is great for my muscles and the outer shell is durable which is perfect for riding. Overall I feel like it really helps with knots and tightness I have in my muscles. Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants something to aid their recovery and sore muscles!
